Rugged Rosaries offers a 45-day R-R-R guarantee:

R - Replace
R - Repair
R - Refund

If your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, we are happy to work with you to either send a replacement, do an exchange, accept returns for refund, or repairs.
We even do exchanges for copycat competitors' similar products!


If it has been less than 45 days since your order was placed, and you are in the USA, you can use our easy, fast, and free returns portal here:

To return an item manually, ship your item with a note that includes your nameemail, and message as to why you wish to return your item, to the address below. You will be issued a full refund to your original form of payment.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at if you wish to make an exchange.  In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.

Exchanges from OTHER Companies

If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you!  Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper Chinese copy (see about them here). We can exchange the product for one of our beautiful handmade rosaries. Why would we do this?  Please read about our Exchanges from Other Companies HERE .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
