International Shipping

Shipping to the UK:

As of the 1st of January, 2021, there are new Brexit laws that went into effect which involve taxes and duty fees. Customers may be required to pay these extra fees in order to collect your shipment from Rugged Rosaries. We are shipping to the UK, but want you to be aware that there may be an extra small fee you pay to get the package from the postal service. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Shipping to the EU:

As of the 1st of July 2021, new taxes and duty fees may affect the delivery of packages to the European Nations. The customer is responsible for these fees and we cannot be responsible for orders that are abandoned because of unpaid duty fees in the EU. There will be no refunds made for orders because of this unless the order is returned to our workshop. Please understand. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

CoVid-19:

COVID-19: We are currently shipping normally to most countries however, as of June 2021, international shipments still take longer than normal to be delivered to the destinations. Rugged Rosaries cannot be responsible for these delayed deliveries.
Most impacted as of August 2021 - October 2021 currently:  Australia and New Zealand.  We have ceased shipping via US Post because the packages are not getting through at this time. If you are in Australia and have not received your shipment, we will refund your shipping costs. The best hope is that you will eventually receive your shipment when CoVid19 restrictions in Australia are relaxed. However, if we receive your shipment back to our studio, we will issue you a full refund.  We will continue to ship to Australia and New Zealand but only via DHL Worldwide Express until further notice.

What are your international shipping rates?

We offer different rates for international shipping depending on your location. We offer both standard first-class international, priority international, and in some cases, DHL Worldwide Express. You can choose the method you want in the checkout process.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Due to problematic delivery issues, we have stopped shipping to the following countries:
Bonaire, Central Africa Republic, Indonesia, Nigeria, Namibia, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, and Russia.

For our Canadian customers, shipping is fairly fast and less expensive. Canadian orders usually take about 10 days but can take longer.

For other countries, we offer different rates at checkout, depending on your location. Sometimes shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. For example, our experience has been that South American countries are very slow to deliver. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.
