International Shipping

Shipping to the UK:

As of the 1st of January, 2021, we can no longer ship to the United Kingdom due to new Brexit laws that went into effect which involve taxes and duty fees. We are working on a solution and hope to be shipping to the UK again before the end of March. We apologize for the inconvenience!

We are currently only shipping to Canada, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand at this time. International shipments will take much longer than normal to be delivered to the destinations. Rugged Rosaries cannot be responsible for these delayed deliveries. Packages sometimes will take weeks to be delivered. We hope to open up international shipping to other countries in the near future. Let's pray this will be over soon! #PrayStrong.

What are your international shipping rates?

We offer different rates for international shipping depending on your location. We offer both standard first-class international, priority international, and in some cases, DHL Worldwide Express. You can choose the method you want in the checkout process.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Due to problematic delivery issues, we have stopped shipping to the following countries:
Bonaire, Central Africa Republic, Indonesia, Nigeria, Namibia, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, and Russia.

For our Canadian customers, shipping is fairly fast and less expensive at $13.50 USD. Canadian orders usually take about 10 days but can take longer.

For other countries, we offer different rates at checkout, depending on your location. Sometimes shipping internationally takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. For example, our experience has been that South American countries are very slow to deliver. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.
