International Shipping

CANADIAN ORDERS
For our Canadian customers, shipping is fairly fast and less expensive at $13.50 USD. Canadian orders usually take about 10 days but can take longer.

Other INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are also offering DHL Worldwide Express now. For some countries, this is the only option. Although DHL costs more, it has proven to be faster and more reliable. Costs will vary as shown at checkout.

Shipping to the UK:
As of the 1st of January, 2021, there are new Brexit laws that went into effect which involve taxes and duty fees. Customers may be required to pay these extra fees in order to collect your shipment from Rugged Rosaries. We are shipping to the UK, but want you to be aware that there may be an extra small fee you pay to get the package from the postal service. We apologize for the inconvenience!

OTHER COUNTRIES - Shipping Rates

All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

*2023* Changes: We regret that Rugged Rosaries has had to make the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipments to many countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we did not come to this decision lightly.

At this time, we can only ship outside of the United States to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.  Shipping rates vary and options and costs will be calculated and presented to the customer in the checkout process when purchasing. Customers will always have the option to review the charges before sending the order through.

We cannot ship to other countries at this time. This change has been enacted due to a variety of complex issues we have faced while shipping internationally in recent times. These include:

  • Delayed transit times and extra long wait times for deliveries;
  • Limited availability and high cost of shipping options;
  • Customs regulations resulting in added delays and duty fees;
  • Recent increase in risk of seizures or destruction of shipments;
  • Large increase in rate of lost or stolen packages during transit.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this necessary decision but hope for understanding of our position as well as the measures taken by us to ensure that customers receive the best service from us possible.
